"Mária Hudáková is the expedition coordinator at the material loading management center. Her responsible and especially selfless approach, with a lot of phone calls even outside of standard working hours, significantly contributes to the achieved results of the entire plant. The vast experience she has is invaluable and many younger colleagues draw on her experience. Knowledge of processes in the deepest detail helps her to cope not only with standard but also with extraordinary situations, which she solves not only with colleagues from DZ Expedition, but also with partners from sales, transport and the logistics department," said Rastislav Milan, director of DZ Expedition, about his colleague.
"It is a very interesting and diverse job," says Mária Hudáková and adds: "Every day I plan an expedition for customers, together with merchants – train dates, depending on when the customer wants the goods to be delivered, we have to adjust the loading accordingly. We negotiate with the carrier, how many tons we load, how many wagons... Every day we deal with something different, it's always some kind of change. And often in the evenings and on weekends. The family had to come to terms with it. Expedition is a very lively process, it happens that another truck arrives, or it does not arrive as it was supposed to come, or it is late, its engine has broken down, we have damaged material and we have to replace it.... My work is very creative, it brings something new every day and that helps me improve and learn new things."
What does the family say about the For Work Loyalty Award?
"The family was pleased, they even asked me why I didn't get such an award a long time ago, that I am the pillar of the expedition and they won't even let me retire .
And colleagues?
"My colleagues were also pleased. Most of them wish me the award. Although I always say what I think and not everyone likes it. We are a very good team, in 42 years I have found many friends here, with whom I also meet in my free time, we go together on vacations, trips, cultural events and gatherings."
Mária Hudáková likes to remember the three years she spent in Serbia, where she taught her colleagues in Šabac. She was received very friendly, she became part of every family, wedding or birthday celebration. He still has friends there.
Due to her workload, she doesn't have much time left for hobbies. And when it does, the garden, flower care, hedges come first... "We are remodeling our grandmother's family house near Domaš, which also takes up a lot of our free time. I like to go out with my friends for a coffee or a wellness weekend..."
