This week, colleagues from IT handed over the prize to another employee drawn by lot.

It was Oto Záviš, who works in the DZ Zhilechťovne and packaging branch. The wireless headphones were handed over to him by Blanka Vargová from the cyber security team.

"I was surprised," said Oto Záviš: "I didn't even know that such a summer competition was organized, even though I report phishing regularly."

The summer competition is organized by colleagues from IT to raise awareness of cybersecurity. Every month during the summer, they draw one of the attentive employees who identify the practice phishing email and report it using the "Report Phishing" button or to the email address: reportphishing@sk.uss.com .

According to information from Blanka Vargová, we can expect another practice phishing soon, followed by the last draw.

Oto Záviš was pleased with the headphones. However, since he uses a phone with a different operating system, he will make someone in the family happy with them. It will definitely be a nice gift. In a short interview, he told us that he is very cautious not only at work, but also in private and has never fallen for fraudsters: "I follow information about cybersecurity quite closely. Also the warnings that are issued within U. S. Steel Košice, but also in the media, warnings from banks... You need to be careful and protect yourself. For example, with strong slogans.  Although it is often complicated to remember all those passwords, it is certainly justified and very important for increasing your own security."
