For almost a month, you could evaluate food, its selection, quality, service in all canteens and buffets of Delirest through QR codes. Anyone who did so should have been included in the competition. It was necessary to write our personal number in the comment so that we could identify the evaluators and include them in the draw.
How did it turn out? "We received 70 responses. Our customers were most involved in the evaluation in the dining room in the Entrance Area. But – only six people entered their personal number. Therefore, we have decided not to draw three winners from among them, but to invite everyone to lunch. At the same time, they will also receive a gift from us," said Vladimír Balog, Director of the Gastronomic Operation of Delirest.
Compared to previous months, this is a significant increase, as seven customers sent feedback via QR codes in February and only four in January.
How did you evaluate?
More than 94 percent are satisfied with overall hygiene, value for money, and food dispensing. More than 92 percent appreciated the food and drinks, almost 96 percent are satisfied with the food offer, and almost 99 percent with the staff.
The overall satisfaction is 94.3%.
In the verbal responses, we also found the following answers:
Thank you for heaven in your mouth all week.
The range of the menu allows you to choose as much as possible what the diner needs.
Nice and friendly staff.
Variety of dishes and the ability to combine side dishes.
There was also a negative response, in which one of the customers complained about small portions and expensive above-standard.
When asked if he was surprised or inspired by something, Vladimír Balog answered: "Thank you to everyone who participated. It's really a pity that they didn't write their personal numbers. We plan to repeat such a competition after the summer months. And what inspired me? A proposal that in addition to sweetened drinks, we include lemon or cucumber water in the drinking regime. We will definitely deal with this."
So who will go to lunch and get a gift?
Miroslav Gerba, Martin Hovan, Lýdia Porubänová, Miloš Krajči, Jozef Seman and Miroslav Gerba.
