Today sees the start of the Great Competition for employees of U. S. Steel Košice and its subsidiary companies. It will last for the next 12 months, until mid-January next year. Winners will be announced every month, and there are all sorts of prizes to be won, including vouchers for purchasing products made by Whirlpool, Samsung, Electrolux and Panasonic. All of them are linked with our Company, because they are made with steel sheet produced right here at U. S. Steel Košice. The final grand draw also involves four automobiles in which you can find sheet material “made in“ U. S. Steel Košice: Dacia Duster, Škoda Scala, Škoda Octavia and VW Touareg. As it happens, the topic of the first video and competition questions for this month is the automotive industry itself.
