It seems like a battle between Košice and Sokoľany but it´s rather a long-term struggle over who we will pay real estate taxes to. Whether to Košice city or Sokoľany municipality. Several articles were published in the media that describe the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic in the matter of land in Sokoľany. It results that it has not been decided yet. On the one hand we will respect the decision of the Court but on the other hand we will be careful enough not to pay twice.
