On Monday, December 19, 2022, representatives of the company's management, OZ KOVO and OZ NKOS KOVO-METAL signed an agreement according to which employees will not be assigned work due to an obstacle to work in the months of January and February. The extent of the impediments shall be determined by the relevant senior staff, taking into account operational needs, ranging from a minimum of 1 day a month and a maximum of 50 percent of the monthly working time.

For these days, employees will be paid a wage compensation equal to 70 percent of the average.
